Common questions
Is everything really vegetarian?
Yes — The Tiffin is a 100% vegetarian kitchen. We also mark Jain-friendly and no-onion-no-garlic meals on the weekly menu.
When do I have to order by?
Daily tiffins must be booked before 5:00 PM on the previous day. For example, order by Monday 5 PM for Tuesday delivery.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. Pause lunch, dinner, or the whole day. Every paused meal returns a credit that extends your plan at the end — you never lose food you paid for.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across our Jaipur service zones. Check the Delivery Areas page and confirm your exact location on the map when you register.
How do I pay?
Pay by UPI — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app. Your booking activates as soon as our team verifies the payment reference.
